1. Introduction

Welcome to Prono Worlds! Prono Worlds is a free tool to make predictions on League of Legends competitions, through a bot on the Discord platform and through this website. No money is wagered and no prize is awarded.

By using Prono Worlds (bot commands or website), you accept these Terms of Service. How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be changed at any time. The last update date is shown at the top of the page. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

3. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the access to, use of, or inability to use the service.

4. Connection to Other Organizations

Prono Worlds is not affiliated in any way with other organizations or Discord servers. If Prono Worlds representatives have positions, roles, or other relationships with other organizations, this is solely within the scope of technical support. We are not responsible in any way for the actions of these external organizations.

5. Rules of Conduct

You agree to use Prono Worlds only as intended: through the Discord bot commands or the web interface. Technical errors or bugs must not be abused to access data or break the service. We invite you to report them (ThePepS on Discord or by email at rrthepeps@gmail.com), but you are not obliged to do so.

6. Suspension of Service

If you do not use Prono Worlds in accordance with these Terms or if your use creates a legal risk, your access may be suspended without notice. A 15-day notice will be given when possible.

The service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time. Provisions which by their nature should survive the end of the service (including limitations of liability) shall survive.

7. Riot Games Notice

Prono Worlds isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends. 8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules. Publisher: see the legal notice.
