1. Introduction

Welcome to the Prono Worlds 2025 Terms of Service! Prono Worlds 2025 is a tool that allows you to make predictions related to the "League Of Legends World Championship 2025" within the communication platform "Discord".

By using Prono Worlds 2025, by being part of a Discord server where our bot is present, or by using our web application, we consider that you have read our terms of service and our privacy policy and that you accept them. 2. Jurisdiction

These conditions are effective as of 16/10/2025 and can be modified at any time.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to our Service and supersede any prior agreements we may have with respect to the Service.

Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances, including negligence, will we be liable for any loss of profits, direct or indirect losses including punitive, exemplary, special or consequential damages that result from the access to, use of, or the inability to use, the service features, even if a Prono Worlds 2025 authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Connection to Other Organizations

Prono Worlds 2025 is not affiliated in any way with other organizations or Discord servers. If Prono Worlds 2025 representatives have positions, roles, or other relationships with other organizations, this is solely within the scope of technical support. We are not responsible in any way for the actions of these external organizations.

5. Rules of Conduct

By using Prono Worlds 2025, you agree to use it only as intended. That is, only through the Discord bot commands or the web interface. If technical errors or bugs should occur, they must not be abused in any way to access data or break the service. We invite you to report these bugs as soon as you can (contact ThePepS on Discord or by email at rrthepeps@gmail.com) but you are not obliged to do so.

6. Termination of Service

If we determine that you are not using Prono Worlds 2025 in an intended manner, that you are creating a legal risk for us, or that you are not abiding by these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate the Service without notice. A 15-day notice may be given if possible.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
